Your problem: I downloaded this PBX eval version that is supposed to include call fowarding, distribution, and queueing (it is the Pro version), but I can't find these features anywhere at all in the PBX Admin interface (http://127.0.0.1:28080/pbx). The manual refers to these features in chapter 7 - for ex, 7.1 Call Forwarding [Administrative settings] > [Type of Call Forwarding]... I don't have an Admin Settings tab! Or any of the other configuration options presented in this chapter. At least I can't find them... These would be most helpful to evaluating the product, which is getting most frustrating.
