PBX sharing

PBX 20 (Basic)
2. Java version:

3. OS type and the version:
Window 2003 advance server
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
Linksys

6. Your problem:
When the PBX is connected to 2 DID (A and B group) from PSTN.
A group has setup its own extension number and
B group also setup its own extension number

Would the group A extension be able to call B group extension?
I prefer two group extension can not call each other, is this possible? If yes, which area I should pay attention on configuration.
