sip protocal problem.

Post by mike999 »

1. Brekeke Product Name and version: sipserver 2.0.7.2/217

2. Java version:1.5.0_10

3. OS type and the version:
Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition Service Pack 2

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/ ... terns.html :

6. Your problem:

This is our problem.
Normally registration is find, but sometimes sip protocal is disconnected by compulsory and connected right away and this symptom is repeating until we re-login to the sip server.

This problem occurs twice a day or more.
In our site there are about 30 agents and this symptom occuers on one or two agents(not all at once) and it take turns to another.

Is this related with the setting a wrong values? or some other problem?

Thanks and regards.

Between sip proxy server and ip phone is disconnected twice a day or more. And if once disconnected between two, it started to repeat connect and disconnect by it self. To stop this symptom we have to re-login to the server.

And strange thing is it occurs only one or two ip phone at a time.
And then next time it occurs in other ip phone.

hi

what kind of SIP client are you using?
is your environment involved with NAT?

Do you have a problem with a registration?
or.. do you have a problem with phone call?

It seems registration is find, but it has problem with phone call.
Cause if the problem is occured, phone call is not available until we re-login the sip proxy server.
We checked ip phone with three different brand but the same problem was occured. So we're guessing that some of values of sip proxy server and the ip phone is missmatching each other. Just we're guessing....
