Problems redirecting calls from Server to PSTN using Quintum

Post by voipsistemas »

1. Brekeke Product Name and version:
2.1.6.2 Basic

2. Java version:
Latest release

3. OS type and the version:
Windows Xp Professional

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
Quintum AFM200 2 port switch

5. Select your network pattern:
Pattern 2

6. Your problem:
1.- The phones connected into the LAN or from the Internet by registered into the SIP server works fine

2.- The incoming calls from PSTN are handled ok from the gateway and rediected by the Server to the Attendant extension with no problem

3.- The phone calls made from the extension associatted to the FXS port to the PSTN works fine

4.- BUT!!!!
The calls made from any IP extension at the lan toward PSTN never arrives to the Gateway and appears at the log as missed

Below and example of what the log says:
01:36:53 PM 01:36:53 PM 106 missed <sip:905016422626@192.200.... <sip:106@192.200.100.3> 00:00:00

The Quintum were programmed as following the instructions provided at the Brekeke documentation

At the ARS I declared a pattern with the following info:

Pattern IN: Nothing

Pattern OUT:

Max Sessions: -1
Matching Patterns
To: sip:9(.*)@
Deploy Patterns
sip:1$@192.200.100.10

Help will be kindly appreciatted.
