2. Java version:
1.5.0
3. OS type and the version:
Window 2000 advance server
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
Linksys Voip and Cisco PSTN
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/ ... terns.html :
Plan 5
6. Your problem:
The system has been running very stable for almost 2 years.
The issue has been long time and would like support's team's clarification, when originating call from PSTN side to Voip, the PSTN callee's phone didn't hear the ringing tone from Voip phone.
Is this normal, if not, what has to be done to correct it.

I noticed that "Andrea" suggested in the forum that the below is for web call (click to call)
Quote
http://www.brekeke-sip.com/download/bpb ... ced_en.pdf.
which describes the script is
http://<server-ip-address>:<server-port>/pbx/3pcc?to=<callee-number>&from=<caller-number>&user=<caller-user>&type=<type>
Unquote
Will this quote work on SIP server, if no, what will be the replacing
code?

Henry,
I don't know of any problems with upgrading those versions but to be safe before i do an upgrade i do the following.
Go to control panel, administration, services and stop the brekeke or ondo service. Kill all java processes with task manager. Copy programfiles Brekeke to Brekekeold. Then do the upgrade. If you have any problem you can do the above procedure again with the change of copy brekekeold to brekeke and your system will be restored to before you did the upgrade.
When upgrading to v2 it's different because brekeke changed the service name from ondo to brekeke.

Nike,
Regarding ringing tone, before I upgrade the software as you have suggested, I made another test and find out when I use one fixed line provider to call to Ondo server connecting to LInksys, I can hear the ringing tone, whilst others failed to hear ringing tone.
In this senario, do you still think the upgrade would solve the problem
