I am experiencing this same issue but on a Linux (Fedora 7) machine. I have checked the settings that was stated in the wiki. This setting was already configured by default. Any advise?

you need to restart sip server.

1) Kill all java
# killall java(make sure there is no java processes)

2) Stop tomcat
# cd $CATALINA_HOME/bin
# ./catalina.sh stop

3)start tomcat
# cd $CATALINA_HOME/bin
# ./catalina.sh start

The JDK 1.6 does not work with Brekeke. I would downgrade your java to 1.5.
