UA at branch office not registering

UA at branch office not registering

1. Brekeke Product Name and version: SIP Server V2.0

2. Java version: 1.5.0

3. OS type and the version: MS Windows XP

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: SIP IP Phone

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/ ... terns.html : Pattern 10

6. Your problem:

SIP Server is located at the Headquarters. All UA(IP Phones) at HQ work well. UA's at branch office appear as REGISTERED on the SIP Server Registered Screen, but registration has failed on the client side

Can you show me the client information in your Registered List ?
And give me the details about the network.

SIP Server is on LAN at Head Office. A Cisco Router (1800 series) links Head Office to Branch Office via a leased line connection. A similar Cisco Router is located on the LAN at the branch office. UAs at Head Office Register on SIP Server and work well. UAs at the Branch Office REGISTER on the SIP Server Register screen however the UA display Proxy not Registering on their screens. IP Addresses at HQ are 192.168.1.xxx while those at the branch office are 192.168.11.xxx.
SIP Server IP Address is 192.168.1.20

I think you can see the Contact address and Requester at SIP server.
Can you give me the detail.
