3 charges on 3 unsuccessful online purchases : URGENT

Hi,

I'm sorry if I'm posting this in this forum, but we tried emailing to info@brekeke.com last friday, and yesterday without answer. And this is an urgent matter for us.

We already purchased 2 SIP server licenses in the past, and wanted to purchase one extra. After completing the last step of the online purchase, we got an error message saying the kredit kard is rejected due to a mismatch between the address provided and the kredit kard address. We tried 2 times more, making sure we made no mistake, we got the same result.

We called our bank to see why it was rejected, they confirm us the address is correct, then they check our kredit kard account (VISA) and see there are 3 transactions for 300$ each! It means that even we got a "rejected" message, the amount was billed... However we didn't receive any email with the SIP license code.

We emailed info@brekeke.com on friday, and since we got no reply, we tried again yesterday.

Please someone resolve this issue ASAP, we also need that license urgently.
