Hi all, my problem is the follow, i have a mediatrix fxo 1202 with 4 ports, the mediatrix is working with incomming calls, if i make a call to my pstn "telmex line" and the call arrive well, but i dont know how can i configure the pbx for make a call from internal sip line to external pstn line...
for example to make a local call: 4810587
please help me!

but when i try to make a call from my SJPHONE to pstn line mark 94810587 (my house) buy the softphone is marking about 3 or 4 times but the call never continue... shows me "call rejected, 480 temporally unavailable", so the IN-USE led turn-on ....
is ARS good or can the gateway be with bad configuration?
help me plz...
do you know any webpage where i can see all ARS parameters like (* + % $ () {} [] .. etc)?

please try to make sure that your GW have the ability to be Trunking GW, to be able to send any calls comes to him to the PSTN directly.
to check that try to call the account of the GW, and after hearing the PSTN Tone, dial your home number.
if this happened, so your GW not in the Trunk GW mode.
