UA registering but not completing login to sip server

1. Brekeke Product Name and version:
SIP Server V2.0

2. Java version:
JRE 1.4

3. OS type and the version:
MS Win 2003

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
Windows Messenger 5.1 and X-Lite and vivodia STUN server

6. Your problem:

I am able to register a UA client with the sip server but the client is not logging into the sip server. When i try to signin to the sip server using the UA client and when i see in the registered list in the sip server admin tool, it shows the client as registered but the UA client then says that the server is no available or temporarily shut down. This message is displayed in Messenger 5.1. In X-Lite, it says registeration request timed out but shows as registered in SIP server registered list.
