It seems some carriers are using 100.64.0.0/10 for their NAT.

Since 100.64.0.0/10 is not private IP address (RFC1918), Brekeke SIP Server doesn't enable NAT-traversal and RTP-relay automatically even if SIP client is behind NAT.
For handling Shared Address Space 100.64.0.0/10 (RFC6598) with Brekeke SIP Server, set the following line in the [Configuration]->[Advanced] page.
net.internal-addr.pattern = ^100.6[4-9]|^100.[7-9][0-9]|^100.1[0-1][0-9]|^100.12[0-7]
