Also if you need to do the firmware update, refer to this link for help upgrading the firmware. hi lakeview, well ya am using Grandstraem 4 port FXO to connect PSTN & theres no VoIP provider involved. what do u think? :) I would suggest upgrading your Grandstream GXW410X to the newest Firmware version 1.0.1.10.
