I did what you've requested and I added the router IP that do the redirection to neo-vocalcom.be into the upnp param.
The issue is now resolved.

I resolved my issue :

I adjusted my dial plan and I kept the target params under ARS empty.

Also, I created a user extension and attached it to a webrtc phone type.

we were able to resolve the issue by importing the private key an the wildcard certificate to the pbx server instead of using the pfx file
