hope,

Thank you, it is working.
The speed dial setting, is it possible to have speed dial not just for one assigned extension only?. I would like the dialing method like,
after IVR, enter 1 and any of the extension to retrieve voice mail.

It seems to me that your are getting what you would like. I guess you have to do more testing. In my case, I setup the dial plan in SIPserver instead of ARS in PBX and it is still working. Perhaps you can try this. I get the feeling that SIPserver Dial plan setting is more stable than ARS in PBX ...

Assuming the extension number is 123 and PSTN number is 2345678. Then, you just put in 123 as caller and 92345678 as callee.

Question:
1. What is the version of PBX, 2.0 or 2.1?
2. You said that you can use PBX extension to call PSTN, do you dial 9 and PSTN phone number?

Peng,

I have not been deploying PBX in depth, therefore, my experience is on SIP server, did you deploy this "click to call"? If yes, I would like to share your experience as well. Please advise.

Hi Colin, I am with you on your comments, I did try other IPPBX and got problem, mostly is due to "dial plan" setup. I am convinced the Brekeke did have experience in Telco routing that other IPPBX designer could have overlooked its importance or didn't have Telco inter connect experience when ...

You mean, you dial from extension 9 and landline number?
or please tell me the dial rule for calling to PSTN, landline.
Did you configure "dial rule" on the SIP server side, not PBX ARS?
You must set the "dial rule" on SIP server side.

There are isn't many SIP gateway with 8 ports available in the market, which brand you are using? It is better to deploy one with 16 ports so that when one FXO port is busy, the call will terminate to the next available FOX port.

I think this is what you would like to have.

I havn't tried MSN in my life and I have to find time to chat with you. May I know which country you are in and it is possible for 'click to talk' to make call the way you wish. That means, one end you have to use gateway or softphone. On the land line, you need gateway to terminate calls to PSTN. I ...

Dear Niggy,

You must configure "dial plan" in the SIP server, not PBX's ARS, to terminate call to PSTN, otherwise "click to talk" will not work.

The connection is depending on the PBX dial plan setting.
I have it working.

Next question is regarding "click to call", can any one help to advise how to disable the "response "succeeded: ID number",
after the "click to call" has been activated?
