Hi, I'm running into the same problem. I'm using a Linphone client on my iPhone to try and register with my SIP server. Anticipate the clients will use TLS for security purposes. We don't know the IP address of each client as they will be inside an LTE network (thus, there is no public IP accessible). But that should not matter as long as the client has a specified sip: address. We will probably just use the default ...

Okay, thank you James. They should really update their user manual then, especially if they removed that feature several versions ago. Our intention is to pre-add several thousand SIP clients before they actually are communicating. So, sending the REGISTER packet from the client will not work for us ...
