I have not tried that, I have used PortoGo on exact environment on at lease 20 other sites with Cisco VPN. I try to use another client and see I have the same issue.

Nothing in the session or error logs for the end points. one thing to mention is that I only have this issue with users that are connecting via Cisco VPN. users who are connecting directly to network have no issues.

I believe the Brekeke is sending the busy 480 message . both endpoint are registered with SIP server.
