I think you are trying to receive the call at the extension 001.
Is the extension 001 PBX user or the other type of extension?

Hi davidsamuelps,

What did you get in SIP SERVER > the session logs and PBX > Call Logs when you tried incoming calls?

Can you show us the Dial Plan rules and ARS?

Hi katamanczuk,

You need to add the target parameter like below,

http://<Server-IP:Port>/pbx/cmd?cmd=reglist?target=proxy

You also need to set [Valid client IP Pattern] at PBX > Options page to allow the remote IP address.

I don't think the default IVR extensions can do that.
So you would need to write an IVR flow/script and update the B's user settings.

Please create a new topic for a question about a different thing.
You would need IVR option license to use IVR Designer.

Some type of phones have an ability to set call forwarding (to send back 3xx response.)

To change the other extension's plan, you can set [Target User/Schedule].

If this does not still meet your requirements, you would have to use IVR designer to make such a flow.

You can use the IVR "Switch Plan" to change the forwarding conditions.
If you assign the number to the BLF key on the phone, you can see the status on the phone.

The PBX sent INVITE requests many times and it would be re-try packets maybe because it did not receive a respnse (or bad response) from the UAS.

Please check if the PBX can receive packets from VOIP-SIP or the response packets are correct.

As you say, it is not good to block the operation and it should be improved.

Anyway, the problem should be fixed with later versions.
If possible, please install the latest version.

One of the email log file might be broken.

Could you try removing all the files under the WEB-INF/work/sv/etc/email folder and restart it?

wfx, Is the UA's number registered as a Phone ID of one of the PBX users? In the default behavior, PBX does not accept REFER request from a non-PBX user. If not, can you set it as a PBX user or otherwise add a property from the PBX > Options > Advanced page like below, com.brekeke.pbx.Setting.ALLOW ...
