I strongly recommend that you upgrade your Brekeke SIP Server to the latest version. Thanks Mike, but I guess that means a box rebuild to get a new OS, newer Java and newer tomcat. I was hoping for a quick fix for now until I have the time to rebuild. Can you make available 3.2 please? Regards Wayne

Agreed, everytime I leave a pcap running the issue doesn't occur! will persist, however I don't think BSS is missing any signalling, more that it is failing to update the 'active sessions' counter for some reason. If the sessions were really hung, then as I have seen in the past, they would display ...

I tried a phone that was on a real IP and disabled RTP relay and there is no loss, so its definitly BSS thats dropping the packets while its relaying. I have rebooted it, and stopped the firewall and its still the same. I might try and install a demo version on another PC and see if it does the same ...

Hi I have had this problem, but it was due to ping issues, basically the called / calling gateway would ping my server IP to make sure I was still alive, so 90 seconds after connect it would ping and if it got no reply (regardless of call state RTP etc) the call would drop. As my server had ICMP ...

CDR writing / Call log
BSS 2.1.6.6 Standard
Does anyone know of a way to get CDR's out of BSS ideally into SQL?
I see that there is a way to do this with radius, but ideally I need them in SQL, or even as a HTTP push (maybe via a plugin)
Any suggestions much appreciated.
Thanks,
Wayne

Working
Hi, I did set it to localhost:5060 as I assumed that the call would then represent itself from its own IP and be allowed, I copied my original config from the ITSP examples, and it used to work with the older version, although I think I was using localhost:15060 - I'm not sure why this worked either ...
