All you need to do is to set my cell number at forwarding destination at the conf room extension.

I don't think Brekeke supports telephony cards other than audiocodes PCI GW.

here are my 2 cents:

PCMA = G.711 A-law
PCMU = G.711 ulaw

I think you can use "Call Supervising" feature for your purpose. Unless you enter with mute activated, you should be able to speak also.
