Ya i got it.The problem is we opened the ports only 10000 and 10999,in the firewall which is held with sip server machine but after opening these range of ports we got the calls successfully.

Thanks for quick reply i am not changed any configurations. i am having defaultly min.port=10000
max.port=10999

min.port(video)=0
max.port(video)=0
