Has anyone started to write a program similar to outlook add-on. I always use outlook, all my contacts are inside, it would be useful if PAL is integrated into outlook. I am writing one now, I just want to see if anyone has any ideas or pointers.

I never have this problem. have you checked wiki? they have wiki on PAL now.
