I have copied sqljdbc.jar and sqljdbc4.jar to:

D:\Program Files\Brekeke\sip\webapps\sip\WEB-INF\lib
and
D:\Program Files\Brekeke\sip\lib

BAD IDEA. I should have only copied sqljdbc4.jar and not both. I removed sqljdbc.jar and Brekeke started just fine. I can now add/remove/edit users.
