Hi Haddas, Part of the puzzle is that we are trying to use Brekeke call logs to determine the actual duration of call talk time and this error is causing confusion. Thanks for your response. Would you know if this a bug that has been reported and fix between 2.2 and 2.4?

Hi Lekeview, The plugin field does not report my plugin. Hi Lakeview,
Thanks for responding. Yes, I see a full set of logs under sv/logs/year/date.

I see session.* and sv.* lo;g files. I have turned up the logging level to 255, so sv logs have a lot of detail in them.
