We need to interface our network with a collaborator and they requires to support P-Early-Media header.
Is Brekeke SIP Proxy supporting Early-Media during the session establishment like described in RFC5009? Does it open Media Ports accordingly?

Since Brekeke SIP Server is a SIP proxy, it doesn't generate any media contents by itself.

But you can add "P-Early-Media" header with DialPlan

For example

We configured SIP Proxy with RTP Relay option as Session Border Controler, then we need to open media ports for Early-Media.

Does then Brekeke SIP Server with RTP Relay option supports P-Early-Media RFC?

Yes
If UAS sends "18x" response with SDP, Brekeke SIP Server follows it and open ports for relaying Early-Media RTP packets.
