2. Java version: 1.7.0_51

3. OS type and the version: Windows Server 2008 R2

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:

5. Your problem:

I use a softphone to authenticate to the server and it saves me normally. The problem is that I have no active session available on the server and I can not able to make a call. I controlled the server and I have the impression that nothing is wrong; any suggestion is welcome. Thank you in advance.

Sorry for the long silence; I use x-lite for my test, which can register(i believe it) on the server but not the abto phone which is used in my application and it is my priority because it should work inside our application.I precise that the server was working normally and that the problem occurred after a sudden stop server. Thanks you for all.

Do you have any DialPlan for INVITE?

Was it a disk crash? What happened at that time?
