1. Brekeke Product Name and Version: Brekeke PBX, Version 3.3.5.4
2. Java version: 1.7.0_55
3. OS type and the version: Linux 3.13.0-24-generic
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: Multiple, Aastra 6753i, Polycomm vvx 500, Linksys SPA941
5. Your problem: After building the Conference extension as per the manual the conference extension fails to work. If you call the conference extension it immediately hangs up. If you add an automatic join extension that extension will do a half ring before the call hangs up. I know I probably got something wrong but the directions are very limited and pretty straight forward. Can some one help me? _________________ Cliff Farley

- is the caller registered at pbx/sip server?
- can the caller phone call to other extensions without issue?
- is there ARS used for the conference call?
- capture packets at pbx server machine and check error response for conference call and who sent error response
- is there any error message shown in the pbx log file "log_5052.log" while making conference call but failed? |
