Can not delete User

5. Your problem:

I want to delete a user is User Authentication. The user is selected but the button Delete don work.

The user name be created with the import csv function with a invalid caracter (OPE25707697�) (Invalid characters were entered. (User Name))

How I can delete this user?

Try this.

1) Export records from the [User Authentication]->[Import/Export] page.

2) Remove the user who has an invalid character from CSV file.

3) Import the CSV file with the "Delete all existing records." mode.
