1. Brekeke Product Name and Version: Brekeke:SIP Server 3.1.7.8

2. Java version:7

3. OS type and the version:Windows Server 2008 R2

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:None yet

5. Your problem: Just installed Sip Server 3.1.7.8 for an integration to Rauland Responder 5. The Brekeke is housed on the R5 application server.

The problem is I am getting an error when I try to launch the
administartive tool:

HTTP Status 404 - /sip/

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

type Status report

message /sip/

description The requested resource (/sip/) is not available.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Apache Tomcat/6.0.33

Is this an issue server's dot net?

How did you install the Brekeke SIP Server?
Did you use the Installer? or did you install Tomcat separately?
Is it an upgrade installation from the version 2.4?

I used the installer.

This is new install, not an upgrade.

Rebooting server: did not help.

Added http//127.0.0.1 to trusted sites:did not help
(http://wiki.brekeke.com/wiki/IE-doesnt-show-the-admin-page)

Reinstallled brekeke SIP Server after following instructions to delete items in registry key. One issue, the last instruction on this page says to goto C:/program files/brekeke and delete file. This brekeke file is actually in the program files(x86) folder (the installer placed it here).
I could not delete this folder, I got an error that the folder was open in another program. (I tried this after deleteing files in registry)

I still tried to reinstall, and the installation went through with one warning that "the file you are trying to write to is not empty". I continued the download, and it went through.

I am still getting the error:
HTTP Status 404 - /sip/

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

type Status report

message /sip/

description The requested resource (/sip/) is not available.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Apache Tomcat/6.0.33

Kill BrekekeSIP.exe, BrekekeSIPw.exe and all of Java.exe from the Task Manager.

And then, follow the instruction.

Sorry I haven't updated... I was able to get it work finally by uninstalling an reinstalling the software. Not sure why it worked this time, I had tried that twice before.

Thank you all for your help.
