1. Brekeke Product Name and Version: 3.1.7.0 Advanced
2. Java version: 1.6.0_31
3. OS type and the version: Linux RHEL5 x64
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: None
5. Your problem:
We started monitoring our various SIP connections via SIP OPTIONS using the Redundancy --> Heartbeat feature. Are there configurable settings like you see when monitoring via Network? We get occasional "blips" on some connections so it would be beneficial to be able to configure "Retry" and/or "Timeout" settings to avoid any false positives.
If not, can you tell me what the current settings are, i.e. is an action taken after the first OPTION request times out or a non-200 OK response is received?
Thanks,
Mike |

If "OPTIONS" message causes an issue, try "INFO" message instead.
Add the line below in the"<Tomcat>/webapps/sip/WEB-INF/work/init.properties", and restart the SIP Server.
com.brekeke.siptool.haman.HeartbeatSIP.SIP_METHOD=INFO
There are no variables to tune the retry and timeout... |
