1. Brekeke Product Name and Version:

BSS 3.1.3.0 Advanced

2. Java version:
1.7

3. OS type and the version:

Ubuntu 12.04

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:

Bria3 for iPhone

5. Your problem:

Even if the IP in contact header is public IP, Brekeke may be support RTP relay for the case source IP and contact header's IP are different.

In case of Some client company network, UA had public IP but it use NAT and they didn't use private IP. Therefore, brekeke sent the RTP to contact header's public IP and it cause the one-way call.

For example, IP header's source IP was 110.1.2.3 and contact IP address was 50.10.20.30, Brekeke sent the RTP to 50.10.20.30.

Can you support this function?

Set the [Send UA's remote address] = "yes" in the [Configuration]->[RTP] page.
