Hello,
IS plar a feature where you pickup the phone and when it senses off hook it automatically dials a number? If so i have done that with a linksys phone's dialplan. the sip invite needs to be sent to Brekeke to be able to do anything. I believe it is a function of the ua. I love the product too! |

Yes, this feature allowing you to go off-hook and number is dialed automatically.
can you please explain more about your setup or values need to be edited in brekeke server to do so?

Hello,
the function is not a sip server function. when a user picks up the phone the sip server will not know about it unless the phone sends an invite message. the sip server must be sent something for it to react. What kind of phone are you using. Maybe i can advise you how to make your phone send an invite to Brekeke automatically. |

I'm using regular POTS analog phone. it doesn't have any special functions implemented.
I see a thread in another forum that has the same problem but i don't understand the type of solution, may be you could advise how to do that in brekeke.

I understand you are using a analog phone. But, i assume the analog phone is connected to an analog telephone adapter(ata) like a linksys pap2 or another mfgr box that plugs into your phone and plugs into an ethernet network. It's that analog telephone adapter that must do the work. What ATA are you using. |
