6. Your problem:

I already have a billing server application. But it's not ready to work with BSS. So I want to make the billing servre can get CDRs from BSS.

1. As I know, it needs to 3rd party DB to use billing server. right?
2. I want to know what I need to install DB(Mysql? Oracle?)
3. And how can I make BSS save CDRs into the 3rd party DB?

What kind of a billing server application do you have?
Does it support a radius?

If your billing application supports radius, use a radius server such as FreeRadius or VCS.

FreeRadius can store billing data into MySQL.

If you want to store billing data into MySQL without radius, you may need to create own billing plugin.
