Are you going to use Avaya PBX?
If so, all of the above features will be supported in Avaya PBX.

Brekeke SIP Server is a SIP proxy which provides abilities to connect Avaya and other phone system.

If your Avaya doesn't support these features, I recommend that you use Brekeke PBX which will meet the requirements.
