1. Brekeke Product Name and version:
Brekeke SIP Server , Version 2.2.6.2 Personal
2. Java version:
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_24-b07)
3. OS type and the version:
Windows Server 2003
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html : 2
6. Your problem:
Looking at my Brekeke call logs, I see many calls with a 23 hours call duration. In looking closer at the logs, it turns out that the call end time is reported *before* call start time, which, I believe leads to the miscalculation. Is there a way to find the real talk time for such calls?
It is critical for us to have accurate talk time calculation.
Here is an example of such a call log entry:
4979316, sip:5413152056@192.168.220.25:5060, sip:6037663598@192.168.248.182:5060, 23:59:06, Tue May 03 14:49:36 EDT 2011, Tue May 03 14:49:36 EDT 2011, Tue May 03 14:48:42 EDT 2011, Success, -1
The call starts at 14:49:36 and ends at 14:48:42 (54 seconds earlier). A talk time of 23 hours, 59 minutes and 6 secs is reported (24 hours - 54 secs).
Any insights will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi Raj,
let you use the latest version 2.4.x.x because 2.2 is pretty old and it might have bugs.. |

Hi Haddas,
Thanks for your response. Would you know if this a bug that has been reported and fix between 2.2 and 2.4?

In my experience, version 2.2 was not stable enough sometimes.
Did you change system clock during a call?
What length is the actual time of a call? |

Hi Haddas,
Part of the puzzle is that we are trying to use Brekeke call logs to determine the actual duration of call talk time and this error is causing confusion.
Is the upgrade from 2.2 to 2.4 quite smooth?
Thanks.
