We are facing some issue where we have setup the sip server to send to the PBX but we are getting a 486 error and the call log say the call is a missed type... |

I created a user and then tried to register it.....first when invite and register authentication are on my phone will not register at all...
Now to make it register in my version 2.4.8.6 i created an new client to force it to register ande that worked....
Then i created a new user and put in a forwarding number....when i pickup my phone and tried that users extension so that it dials out and doesn't forward even though the carrier in the PBX is registered |

where is new user with forwarding created? in pbx/users?
is forwarding number set at this pbx user's page [forwarding destinations*]?
where will the call be forwarded to? another pbx user or a pstn number? |
