1. Brekeke Product Name and version: 2.4.7.3
3. OS type and the version:windows 2003 serve
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:Quintum tenor
6. Your problem:
I Created an auto attendant user agent in Brekeke PBX and also registered a user for my X-lite ,then try to make a call from xlite to auto attendant prefix. It worked.
Then I decided to register my quintum to Server and created a user agent prefix same as the registered one in Brekeke sip server.
Now I have a problem with my quintum :
when I make a call to my quintum and then begin to dial the prefix number of auto attendant it can't established and rejected .I check the traffic through Wireshark it shows me forbidden 403.
What should i do to solve this problem? |

Other strange thing I saw in WireShark when calls comes in to Brekeke:
first when quintum is going to be registered with Brekeke it sends contact-URI at the correct format but when calls come in to Brekeke,WireShark shows me Contact-URI in this format anonymous@QUINTUM_IP:port_no
So Brekeke PBX doesn't have that user so it can't accept call.
what can i do to quintum to send contact what i need ?
already I put my required contact field at quintum(1001 which is registered as user under prekeke pbx too)but when call traffic come in to brekeke quintum doesn't send 1001 ,instead it sends anonymous |
