1. Brekeke Product Name and version:2.4.3.9/286
2. Java version:1.5.0_09
3. OS type and the version:5.2 windows server R2 standard 32 bit
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html :
6. Your problem:
The PBX server has two NIC. The ship trunk is connected to the PBX directly to NIC 1 and the ip phones (Linksys SPA942) are connected to the NIC 2.
Everything is working fine but when I try to transfer an incoming call (with #9extension#) to another extension, some times (not all the time) after the forward the new called extension does not hear the original caller but the original caller can hear the new called extension.
do you have any idea ? _________________ Peter |

Are there any router or/and firewall between PBX and phones?
Are you using a firewall in the PBX's PC? |

Hi:
Check if you have configured some ip address as gateway as both of the NIC's. In this case the server some times do not know where to drive the RTP packets.
What you must do is to define gateway just in one NIC, usually at NIC is coneccted at SIP Trunk.
You do not need to define gateway at LAN NIC because all this trafic is drived to the same network.
But, if you configure gateway at both nics you need to write static routes in the server so the rtp trafic goes to the right destination subnet _________________ Juan Manuel Acevedo
