Click to Dial using Outlook

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:

6. Your problem:

I see that is possible to use outlook for click to dial, the instructions mention Tapi3pcc.tsp, but I don understand what is that and how can I to get it, can anybody explain to me?

it is the software needed for this feature.

I did exactly in accordance with the instruction mentioned in the post above. Everything is working from first attempt.
