6. Your problem:
Good afternoon,
After upgrading from version 2.3.6.0 Pro to version 2.4.3.9 Pro, all calls return error 486 Busy. all users are authenticated, but no calls works. I checked the settings but it feels there is nothing wrong. I went back to version 2.3.6.0 and works without problems.
Any suggestions?
Thanks, |

is caller registered at sip server side?
if not, you need to add dialplan and ars to accept caller from these callers.
http://wiki.brekeke.com/wiki/Update-issues-post-v2277
if caller and caller are registered at sip server side, create pbx user for both phones. can you make calls to auto attendant? |
