6. Your problem:
Good afternoon,
After upgrading from version 2.3.6.0 Pro to version 2.4.3.9 Pro, all calls return error 486 Busy. all users are authenticated, but no calls works. I checked the settings but it feels there is nothing wrong. I went back to version 2.3.6.0 and works without problems.
Any suggestions?

Thanks,

is caller registered at sip server side?
if not, you need to add dialplan and ars to accept caller from these callers.

if caller and caller are registered at sip server side, create pbx user for both phones. can you make calls to auto attendant?
