2. Java version:
3. OS type and the version:windows 2003 server
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html :
6. Your problem:Even configured all user details in CISCO 7940 it is not registering.Can any one helps me out with configuration.

is the authentication for REGISTER and INVITE set on at pbx/sip server/configuration/sip
if yes, check the setting at step 3, 4 and 5 for configuration at sip server and phone side at link below

after phone register successfully, you need to create users at pbx/users for each phone, pbx user name is the same as phone ID. |

Hi Brekeke Guru,
As i added in the forum, not registering with cisco 7940.
Now tried with configuring back up proxy server then it started working.
