6. Your problem:
I'd like to be able to set incoming PSTN calls to user extensions to fail forward after x seconds to an external (mobile) phone, for our support engineers. Is this possible ? I can set the forward to internal extensions, but can't see how to break out to the PSTN.

Latest Brekeke PBX ARS feature can route the pstn incoming call to pbx users.
Not sure if there is the same feature on Brekeke OnDO PBX.
Maybe you need to update to the latest Brekeke PBX?
