for greeting message or sound file, you can upload yours for user or system from Voice prompt.
They are saved at webapps\pbx\WEB-INF\work\pbx\
en, ja or common\ play\costom\

Thanks for your answer, but my point is to change the messages PBX plays as "The extension is busy" and all of them.

I need to change them into spanish, I can to record these messages but I need to know what each messages says, in wich format do I record them and where into file programs are recorded to replace them.

you can change the files under webapps\pbx\WEB-INF\work\pbx\en\play\ to yours with the same name.
You can hear what message in each file first by put them under some pbx user play folder and choose personal greeting from user settings
the format should be the same as beblow

Thanks for your hint, I can ear any message I want.

But... How can I load the prompts I record in spanisho to the folder "play" that is in the route of programs files?

It are presented with extension .ul, and the format 8Khz, 16 bit, mono bellows to one filw with extension .wav

I have tryed with a lot of voice file converters but none of them recognizes the .ul extension

Again, thanks for your help.

from pbx /voice prompts/system/ upload your file to english
with the same name as the file in en/play/
then your files will be in en/play/custom in .ul

login your pbx admin tool from browser
there is [voice prompts]>[system]
choose
language: english
and upload your file with the same names in the
webapps\pbx\WEB-INF\work\pbx\en\play\

Thanks Guru

When I try of upload the file, PBX returns error message: "name should be alphanumeric only".

I want to be sure you understand my point

There are several files in .ul extension into Program Files/pbx/webapps/pbx/WEB-INF/work/pbx/en/play, these are the prompts PBX use, they are recorded in English Language.

What I need is to replace these .ul files for the equivalent in Spanish language that I have recorded in .wav sound files.

The main problem I have is that I don't know what is the .ul format and I don't know how to convert the .wav files into .ul files format

I have tryed to replace it by .wav files but PBX does not play this extension file.

Best Regards

You only need to write in "Name" like "greeting" or "hold" without .ul
and browse your *.wav sound file and upload from "File Name"
