NWI After restart the phone

6. Your problem:

When any extension receives a voice mail message, PBX sends the NOTIFY with the information about a new message, this is OK, but after power off and power off the phone, and after registration, PBX does not send the the NOTIFY, so the MWI of the phone is not enabled again, but the extension has messages unreaded in PBX, just is enabled again when the extension receives a new voice mail message.

What kind of phone product are you using??
a phone will need to send SUBSCRIBE to the PBX after it starts.
