Hi
We have been having a small glitch with a few VOIP clients operating through us. We have noticed that they are loosing the ability to receive incoming calls, while maintaining the ability to make outgoing ones. Restarting the server fixes this but this is just temporary and after a period of over 24 hours their incoming calls stop connecting again. We found that if we try to make an call to them the Ondo session list says inviting but they dont actually hear a ringtone on their end unless we reboot the ondo server.
This seems to occur for Polycom and Grandstream phones.
But x-lite phones so far seem ok.
Is this something to do with their settings?
what settings do you advise for grandstream and polycom?
Or could it be a network issue?
Is there any reason why this may be occurring or solution that you feel will help us correct this for our clients. |

Are you using third party database instead of hsqldb?
I think version 1.5 is too old and latest version 2 would work for you. |
