1. Brekeke Product Name and version: Brekeke SIP Server 2.2.6.2/276
2. Java version: 1.6.0_05
3. OS type and the version: Windows XP SP2
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html :
6. Your problem: SIP server is configured to use SQL Server 2005 as a third party database. the server starts ok, but when trying to view users or clients, I get the response "Database error :null" and "Database read error".
I found a post from another user with the same problem, who mentioned that he solved it with a restart of the machine, but this didn't work for me.
Any help on this?
thanks |

Try to set Thirdparty Alias Database settings in the [Database/Radius] page. |

Hi snilson,
Thank you for using Brekeke product.
It is a bug in the version 2.2.6.2.
Here is the workaround. (it is the same as Harold said. Thanks!)
1. Please go to [Configuration] -> [Database/Radius] page.
2. Set the same values of "Thirdparty Registered Database" or "Thirdparty Users Database " for "Thirdparty Alias Database".
3. Restart the SIP Server.
We will release the fixed version.
Thank you. |
