1. Brekeke Product Name and version: 2.2.5.8 advanced

2. Java version: 1.6.0.3

3. OS type and the version: RHEL4

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html :

6. Your problem:

With all previous versions of SIP Proxy since 1.5 at least, calls forwarded from proxy have IP address of the proxy. With the latest 2.2.5.8 version, the IP address is not being changed. Is there a way to force the previous operation since our application requires it? I cannot find it in the admin tool or any mention of it.
The dialplans from one version to next are identical.

Thanks
Chris

what kind of IP address is not changed?

Try "$replaceuri = true " in the Matching Pattern.

Here is the scenario,

call comes in from a gateway with ip address 10.10.10.10 to proxy with IP of 10.10.10.20. Call is then forwarded to 10.10.10.30 using dialplan rules..

With all previous sip proxy versions , when 10.10.10.30 receives call, it says its from IP 10.10.10.20(the proxy). With 2.2.5.8, it shows its from 10.10.10.10 (the originating gateway).

thanks

Hi,

Which SIP header are you talking about?
It is "From" header?
