Dear All,

We are currently using brekeke pbx to record all the conversations, but there were certain problems we faced.

problem 1: there's limitation for the number of voice recording for each account, the maximum recording number is 900, can we increase this number as long as we have a lot of free hardisk space for recordings?

problem 2: We are tring to route all the recordings to email, but it seems not working well when there are a large number of voice recordings stored in pbx.

Let me explain further.

At beginning we didn't notice the number limit of voice recording. After few monthes some accounts didn't get anymore new voice recordings then we found out the 900 limitation.

So we were planning to route each recording to email, we set the email address for each user at "Users- Email Address", and turned on "Users - Email notification".

And we did not forget to set the SMTP parameters at "Options- Email settings".

But it does NOT work.

Then we use another brekeke pbx(we purchased a few) with the same email settings to test the voice recording. But...

It DOES work.

We are quite confused for the results. Can somebody help us and can any development team member come and take a look for this case?

Which edition of Brekeke PBX are you using?

PBX does not delete messages with Email notification.

I think you can modify the configuration file.
WEB-INF\work\pbx\en\tmpl\setting_tmpl.properties
_config.137
Then change the number at options settings more than 900.

BTW, the latest version of 2.2 is much stable.
I don't recommend 2.2.1.1.
