Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.5.0_13-119, mixed mode, sharing)
3. OS type and the version:
OSX 10.5.1

Can't active SIP server, the error message is "Can not open the host table" |

Make a /etc/hosts and add "127.0.0.1 localhost" there. |

I make the row 3 (::1) and 4(fe80::...), then the SIP server can active now.
127.0.0.1 localhost
255.255.255.255 broadcasthost
#::1 localhost
#fe80::1%lo0 localhost |

Hello,
I'm new to this whole world, and I believe this fix can help me, but where is the etc/hosts that i have to add localhost located? Thanks in advance. |

Hi
If you are using a linux-like OS such a Linux, the "hosts" file will be "/etc/hosts".
If you are using Windows OS, the "hosts" file will be "C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts" |
