Refer the above log line. It indicates "407 Authorization failed" which means that the username or/and password doesn't match.

Check the username or/and password again.

Hello and thanks Laurie

I searched long hours and I finally managed to set the interface of voipguard. As you said it was a password problem.

As against this only works on the internal network. How to set to work outside the home network ?

What kind of problem do you have with the outside the network?
Is it an audio issue? Set the "RTP relay" with "on" in the SIP server's RTP configuration page.

Hello and thanks.
I have the RPT with on now.
Actually my problem is that my IP video phone works only when I'm on the intranet but not when I leave this network. for example when I'm in town I do not collect calls.
I do not know how to set Brekeke for.

Does the Brekeke SIP Server have a public (global) IP address which can be accessed from outside of the home network? or did you configure the port-forward from the home router to the SIP Server?

Hello, thanks for your reply.
No I do not have a public IP address.
Just internally. How set the Brekeke server for me to receive a call when my phone is not on the LAN?

You said the SIP Server doesn't have a public IP address.

so.. how did you setup the Portier video client to point the SIP Server's IP address?
